meet robin
Founder and CEO Robin DeMarco is a highly sought-after leadership coach and the foundation of the ThriveX brand. It is her passion for people, her belief in a personalized approach, and the conviction that she holds that there is more to coaching than just coaching that has made ThriveX the company it is today.
Robin has worked with hundreds of clients ranging from successful entrepreneurs featured in Forbes 30 under 30, Crain’s 40 under 40, and Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year” list to talent at companies spanning from BCG to Google. She takes great pride in the partnerships that ThriveX has built with top-performing companies, all whom have received numerous industry accolades as the “Best Places to Work.”
Prior to launching ThriveX, Robin led a successful sales career, most recently as the Executive Luxury Director for Conde Nast. She quickly moved from Rookie of the Year to Sales Person of the Year, receiving extensive recognition for her performance.
Robin holds a BA from Bucknell University with a magna cum laude distinction.
